A lot of diesel can be saved for IR and running costs would decrease if its given an e-loco from RNC to BSB or atleast till MGS. Atleast 520 kms will consume 2080 litres of diesel. Will consume more due to halts at various stations. Source for calculation of diesel calculation click here

Everytime it's delay between ranchi mgs... More then hours... I travelled last month.. Even wdp4.. Didn't made any difference... This train even don't overtakes poorest train of ranchi Hatia Rajendranagar Islampur express Run behind it.
The schedule is designed like that. It can't help. But they can atleast give e loco
Similar to this in IR theete are many places where Diesel locos are run in electrified sectiins-
1. Loco change for trains bound to KR happens at Vadodara. Diesel locos haul trains for 410 kms in BRC PNVL section post which diesel territory starts. With proper planning IR can think of constructing Trip shed n Loco Change facilities at Panvel. Fuel savings: Min. 1600 litres of Diesel per train per direction.

Agree the same I thought travelling on this till gaya.. Very low priority train.its schedule is same as Neelachal sf ex but never on time .. Stops everywhere in forest.. Jonha koderma ghats etc. This must get eloco ..total wastage of wdp4 and desial.
Does IR takes suggestions from Public ? If Yes then we should write a letter to RM and RB. Hopefully they shall reply us
