I had written a grievance on pgportal for SWR to augment this train with one SL and one AC coach but they refused saying no more coaches can be added due to Ghat section. I was literally pissed off with that reply but happy for this news by NR. But will it be in the slip or the main portion ?

Most probably looking at current situation on official site. It appears augmentation to be only for Link Express.
I will wait till tomorrow if 1AC not added to main portion I'll definitely use above link to write a complaint to Railways.
