Those who have good connection with the authorities of HWH loco shed can elaborate you better. But, I think, GZB will not transfer any WAP-5 loco. BRC may transfer some loco to ERS (may be).
I don't think BRC would transfer WAP5 to any other zone.
They probably would transfer P4s to BL so that BRC could be filled up with P5.
