I don't have LV (Last Vehicle) Plate! Hence, I am using red cloth as LV Plate! Blue WAP4 shell type BL WAG7 # 28743 (dead loco) being taken towards Pune Station by WAM4 shell type tiger faced KYN WAG7 # 27254 on Saturday, 29-Aug-2015, at morning 07:40 hrs!

These locos came from GIT Yard so that they were to be attached to Lonavala bound goods trains at Mumbai end of Pune Station (yard as seen from Sangam Bridge).
On the last coach / bogey of passenger / express / goods train, there is mandatory rule of putting / attaching a plate written with words LV (indicating that it is last vehicle of that rake / consist). Hence, in this case, KYN WAG7 is leading loco and BL WAG7 happens to be LV (Last Vehicle). As LV Plate was not available, they have put red cloth (indicating it to be last vehicle)!
