traveled two days back(hwh-bksc) & noticed train reached every stations before 5-10 mins & covering some sort of distance with slow speed, so my opinion is if the time is recalculated by increasing speed, train can reach the destination with approax. 1 hr less time means hwh-bksc can cover around 4 hrs or so, & if avg speed will be increases like Bhopal shatabdi, it will take around 1:30-2:00 hrs less time, then it actually give feel of shatabdi. The dhn-bksc span take 1:30 hrs by it & fare is 350/-, where if one opt for bus it also will take 1:30 hrs & fare is 50/- only :-) :-). tkts are too high also, for hwh-bksc, it is 700/-(if booked online else 640/-),this is reason it runs with around 40-50% seats vacant most of time, 12019/20 unable to attract passengers................. after being named shatabdi, India's fastest train.
