Then why you blamed SWR there ? Since CORE is an independent entity , it 'll first cover the home area first.
Look at SR first , it took a decade for CGL-VM which is just 105km ... And please compare the cleanliness and maintenance factor of SR as well , even the legendary TN express will lose before SWR's passenger train
U will hav to take Geography also into acount...SBC-MYS Route is quite uneven & rocky terrain, as compared to Chengal-Villupuram!!
The majority blockage rests with creation of concrete ducts into the rocky uneven terrian which will have impact on work timeline!!
Just to blame any zone like anything doesnt really make any sense!!
