That won't change since they maintain that style for almost all the trains belonging to a particular base... :P
They should learn from DLI, NR. They've changed a dozen styles in the last one year. Though each consistently hopeless and dumber than the previous one. But still, change!
While in CR, the officials always believe in the tried and tested methodology (old-school traditional approach :P) which really shows up in many things they do... :P
