RailFans never grow old

booked tkt for 3 for bksc-ndls in 2A on 28/10/15, I had chosen for "atleast 2 lower bearths" option while booking coz my mom(61) & wife with kids will be thr, but finally landed to 1UB, 1SL & 1SU, where lower seats are available thr, system is not functioning properly or what ??,, atleast 1LB should fetch for mom(SC Quota)....isn't it..............see pic, opted 2A only for the broad seat so we can share seats with kids, else SL & SU gives feel of 3AC........money wasted :-( :-(
