i bookticket in 12460 asr ndls exp. train is cancel on 23 august
but i dont get refund when i open my id & check booking histroy it shows CR REGISTERED please suggest what to do

It means the refund is in process, it has been registered @ the concerned dept, have to wait for the refund...You can write to irctc for further info.

Dear Customer,
Kindly note that TDR filed by the customers are directly dealt by the concerned Railway for decision. IRCTC has no role in deciding the refund. On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it is credited to the account of the customer through same payment gateway which was used while making booking.
