Though I haven't ever travelled in this train but what I have observed is it mostly has old coaches moreover which look pretty shabby from outside .... Still the cleanliness ratings are high. .. So couldn't get. .. Explanations please

Overhyped now. Once upon a time, Konkankanya/Mandovi were maintained well. Now, not so much. Posting this after travelling in Mandovi Express in 2A and 3A.
