i am unable to upload .mp4 video which is taken from samsung galaxy note 3....why this file is not uploading..

05614 kota jhalawar city special......actually rma me logo ke liye railway station hi ghumne ki jagah hai matlab walk krne ki....yaha koi park nahi hai...so log subah or rat ko walk ke liye pf par ghumte rahte hai me bhi unme se ek hu to tabhi mauka milta hai video ya pic lene ka.....thoda dark video hai par badiya hai
