According to note served by Railway Board to Zones,
17643 arrives COA at 10.10, slowed down by 50 minutes.
17644 leaves COA at 14.20, arrives GDR at 03.48/03.50, slowed down by 20 minutes.
It is highly unfortunate that this train, already notorious for its late arrival at NDD,RJY,SLO,COA is "officially" slowed down. Most of the time it reaches at 10.10. Now imagine you have...

Saying always reaches GDR at 07.50 n saying will stop at outer untill narayanadri n shesadri to depart..also 12603 having more 3 halts dan circar?
Yes, only Gummidipundi, Chnnaganjam and Vetapalem are extra halts for Circar as compared to 12603 between Chennai and Tenali.
As far as the stop at Gudur is concerned. I've personally observed that consistently between 2008-2012 when I used to travel by Circar regularly, when it used to be stopped at Gudur outer until Narayanadri departed from Gudur. After a 15-20min at the outer, Circar used to enter Gudur and depart after a very short halt without enough time to even buy snacks on the platform!

Complications due to departure from MS and diversion via NGNT. 12642/12652 arrive MS at 18.05 and MS-MSB is single line - hence the early departure of Circar from MS. At each and every stage, Circar is a pain for controllers and thereby the passengers.
17643:
MS-MSB : Avoid clash with 12642/12652
GDR outer: wait for Narayanadri/Seshadri to leave
Vetapalem:...

But MS-MSB being only 4 kms , is it that pain for SR to coordinate passing with 12642/12652 if Circar starts around 18:30 -18:45 from MS ?
I dont think there is an issue sir. But SR makes it look so!! Also MS-MSB has a lot of sharp curves and LPs negotiate slowly. SR has taken a convenient way out by pushing departure to 17.20. 17643 can depart at 19.00 and reach GDR at 21.45 after TPTY-MTM/NS exp, thereby having a free run till TEL.
