Sorry for the shakes in the video, there were a lot of flies around and I was trying to dodge them and that resulted into these shakes. After capturing all the Delhi bound Rajdhani's chasing each other, I was eagerly waiting for the fastest duronto of Indian Railways, to capture its grandeur and relish the joy that was sure to be followed. of my trip to high speed heaven of Indian Railways - NR and NCR, and I was on cloud nine after capturing this Queen Duronto of Indian Railways. This excitement resulted into that extra pan when train passed by my side. Railfan Tarun Tyagi can be seen in the video standing a few meters ahead of me. Hope all the railfans will cherish this capture and will enjoy the devastating action of fastest duronto.
The 12259 / 60 Sealdah New Delhi Duronto Express is a Superfast express train of the Duronto Express category belonging to Indian Railways - Eastern Railway zone that runs between Sealdah and New Delhi in India. It operates as train number 12259 from Sealdah to New Delhi and as train number 12260 in the reverse direction serving the states of West Bengal & Delhi. It was the first Duronto Express to be launched as announced in the Railway budget of 2008 / 09. The 12259 / 60 Sealdah New Delhi Duronto Express runs from Sealdah via Dhanbad Junction, Mughalsarai Junction, Kanpur Central to New Delhi. It is powered end to end by a Howrah based WAP 4 locomotive.
