Total available seats are shown only as 28 and 3 in Tatkal... for a typical sleeper coach there are 72 positions available. Wondering where did the rest of seats go in reservation?

But this is a Slip coach dedicated for Solapur passengers. For Bhsawal/Manmad entire train is available. Why to reserve in Slip coach itself ?
