I HAVE BEEN WATCHING YOUR WEBSITE FOR ALL INFORMATION RELATED RAILWAYS AND FIND IT TO BE QUITE INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL.
I WAS ESPCECIALLY WATCHING YOUR TRAIN RUNNING INFORMATION WHENEVER I NEED AND USED TO FOLLOW IT . BUT TODAY I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THE INFORMATION IS NOT CORRECT.

Dear Mr. Rizwan,
Firstly, thanks for informing about the error. We currently rely on official train status, and it does (erroneously) show that the train is on time. As a train passenger, your information is 100% correct. Another very good point brought up by you is that there should be some way to correct this information. Unfortunately, there is no such way to do so now, because the moment we correct it manually, you can easily refresh it by pressing the button, and we are then back to the official status that the train is on time.

Dear Sir
We admire that some information given on site is not 100% true but thats why its suggested to users to keep cross check this type of information from local railway station also.
I would like to say no one is 100% perfect but we are trying for 100 %. Even if you check about this type of information on official website it will also not give you 100 % correct information.

The running train status shows different timings. even 139 does not provide correct details.
there is another way to cross check in the website - www.trainenquiry.com/ArrivalsByStationName.aspx
In the abv site, you have to give the station code and the timing (1hr/2/hretc.) there you can see all the trains info which arrive within 1,2,3,4...24 hrs and their status.

Yes I know about it but dont rely on the information provided by it because I always cross check that information with local station also and sometimes I get this wrong. You can also check at the end of page it will show you the last updated time. So you can make estimate that this status is how old.
