but what hurts is .. timing of mumbai grath is unaltered.
this means it will arrive mathura at 17:12 hrs.
so even if we consider departure time of ac at 17:15 from mathura, the on -time arrival at agra is very doubtful..
probably,this may allow an ot of ac by maj raj before agra ,since maj raj is also spped up to previous...

if ac escapes , then with proper controlling ac express will deliver bpl on time .

Even then bpl ontime arrival not possible at 110 mps. Although 120 would suffice.
GM NCR has confirmed to our admin SV Iyer that they have got approval to run AC on 120 in NCR. Let's see if AC can maintain schedule now, however i still doubt that. More than MPS upgrade, AC needs priority.
