If Charting is Delayed then there are more chances of adding Extra Coaches.......
Because to add Extra Coaches "Station Master" need to Seek for approvals(which takes lot of time).........
I have seen where train chart is prepared in less than 30 Mins from Departure of the train...(Finally that train got two extra coaches added) and Got my Waiting List 72(One Min Before...

So finally you have Big waiting figure and Chart Prepared is delayed then PLEASE DON'T PANIC you High chances of getting cleared(Because Railway is striving for Extra coaches to make passengers more delight)
