Thats what even surprised me !! Actually it wasn't 3 days. It was WITHIN 1 WORKING DAY!!! (25 being BAKRID and 26,27 being saturday and sunday)
Arent Grievances and complaints sound one and the same ? I doubt ki they also will keep it aside saying urs is not a complaint but a suggestion blab blab blab.

They have different mechanism. With new systems they want ideas and suggestion at one place which is at COMS.
