Yes, there are equal number of eligible trains on IGP-ET/NGP sections which can run at 120/130 MPS
But Bct-Ndls route enjoys strategic advantage, If IR wishes to other routes too can be upgraded...

sad thing is that only railfans and regular passengers will notice this.
I strongly feel that until and unless whole country demands speedup then only other zones will react.
