The suggestions vide your above quoted letter has been examined and
following remarks are offered.
Punctuality of 12920 Jammu Tawi – Indore Malwa Express was analyzed for
the period from 16th August -2015 to 16th September 2015 and it is stated
that train no 12920 Jammu Tawi – Indore Malwa Express was running late
on almost all days as it was received late at Bhopal from West Central
Railway which resulted in the train losing its path on Maksi – Indore
single line section and also due to platform constraints at Indore.
However, all efforts are being taken to ensure that services run safely
and punctually.
