Hyderabad has a direct connectivity already in form of 12589 / 90 and that is faster than this. Having said that, Mancheryal is a important place to be missed. Better give it a halt there. A GREEN Never the less :)
sc-mue route also needs connectivity to northern side, why don't u re route this train via adilabad ....becz already there are 3/4 trains via kzj
