In my town, these girders were finished by almost April-May'15 & have been not installed yet. And so, the electrification project & RUB, both are delayed. But a lot of construction & demolition work is going on there & some sand-loaded trucks arrived yesterday.

See, it all depends on the traffic block. Ours got delayed for 4 months as UMB division was not allowing traffic block. The block was given in May2015 for just 4 hrs. And in these 4 hrs engineers had to cut the track section and lay the boxes.
