SL is reserved coach buddy without reservation how can you travel??Only UR as per rule...
u mean blank paper ticket of sleeper class ?
Ltt to BSL with reserved seats and bsl to bst with no seats but can travel in sleeper .yes u can if u want.

He mean by Blank paper ticket. Then he can travel in sleeper also from bsl to bst.
Even in BPT you cannot..If berths are available TTE may provide you berths if not, not allowed to travel.
