Travelled in this train form Bangalore to Chennai on Wednesday(7 -10-2015)in UR coach. Tiicket fare for Bangalore to Chennai was Rs 135 only. i reach the station at 7 am . Train was at platform 2 . i board at rear end of the unreserved coach. Luckily on that day there was not much crowd and i got seats from banglore itself especially window seat but during departure all the seats are occupied . All are heading to Whitefield office crowds after white field there was atleast 1 to 2 seats are free till Chennai eventhough there are passengers board at all intermediate station. When we entered Katapdi station Kovai Intercity was getting ready to depart to reach Chennai Central.Train reaches Chennai central at platform 6 at 2.15pm.

Not sure whether it was speed up but it blasts till Perambur eventhough it has many stops and occasional speed reduces at intermediate enroute close to walajah road & ambur , still it reaches before time to Chennai
