this is to inform that i am a regular traveller of matsyaganda express.I am extremely impressed by the punctuality of this train. But i am totally disappointed by the maintenance of the train, there are many cockroaches and rats in the compartment. i would be very happy if you could do something regarding the same. And i also observed that the scenic beauty of mangalore to some stations are so beautiful, but i am scared that this will soon be destroyed because i seen many plastics and garbages thrown out of the trains and for years they have not been cleared so i suggest that you provide a garbage bin in the train and also please get ...

the tickets printed advicing passengers to use the garbage bin and help to keep the environment and the train clean.And now regarding the pest in the train you can get pest control done on quarterly basis. if the funds are not enough then you can collect the same from the passengers by charging a minimum amount of say rs 10 extra for train maintenance.cleaniness is next to godliness so if i get to travel by a clean matsyaganda express train then i will consider my boon has been granted coz i just love travellig by matsyaganda Express.
