What is the chart preparation time of this train since it leaves early morning from Amritsar, please anybody help.

thank you very much sir, and sorry to bother you once again if you can tell me the same for amritsar mail3006. actually i need 2 ticket as early day as possible, from amritsar to kolkata, there is such a huge rush within 10 mins past 8 am tickets are getting waitlisted. god knows how to manage. but today morning only todays jalianwalabagh/wb sampark kranti was showing available* but it didn't allow me to book he ticket as the charting was done. i want to targt the time when the most waitlisted tickets are cancelled and yet there are few minutes of chart preparation.
