Some of the LHB were also parked in Uttarpara outer, waiting for transportation to Liluah!
Awesome photo... it seems that ER needs to train all the staff members of ER Rail Yards at Chitpur, Narkeldanga (Sealdah?) and Howrah - Liluah to handle LHB Rakes. After such groundwork completion, ER may be able to procure many more LHB Rakes for other crucial Daily SF Trains like the Kalka Mail, Doon Express, Amritsar Mail, etc. :)
