Start it from New Tinsukia Jn to serve the entire region.NTSK has good terminal facilities.
As a suggestion extend this train either to Tuticorin or to Rameshwaram from Madurai to assist these two places to get connected to all the eastern part of India especially to Howrah and Guwahati
