It can be routed bay-jru to mys without going via sbc why do u want via gtl, dmm, sbc
The reason is HPT/BAY doesnot have any connectivity to SBC during day time. There are no buses too (Luxury buses). This train is much needed. And Even a day Train between BJP and BAY is required. I've also choosed time when there are no trains from GTL/ATP/DMM to SBC. If train is routed via JRU, it will surely not be occupied.
