I have booked a e-ticket for december 12. Can I,somehow, exchange my e-ticket for a i-ticket???Actually, I need i-ticket to apply for student concession.
not possible except cancel and rebook. And unless student concession rules and process has changed recently, you had to get the concession warrant signed and endorsed first and use that to get the reservation done at the PRS to avail of student concession. Don't think you can do it online hence no question of e-ticket or i-ticket.
