i have a ticket to allahabad having two passenger by dbrt rajdhani today....one passenger is confirmed other is on w/l....can i travel..pl urgent

You have a valid point. There probably partial CNF or RAC while charting. But that is difficult to do and not legitimate too. It is upto the passengers if they want to travel.

Sir 'Remember, if you travel there is a risk you will be fined' is not applicable in partial Cnf case.

Well just few days back i have posted a very similar case of a pax having 1 Cnf 3 WL with one below 5 yrs old in 2AC of YPR-HWH exp on eTicket.
I removed my post after 30 minutes as there was no response for the real case.
In that case the result was: all passengers boarded train with out...
