who are all eligible for HQ/High official Quota any idea? in case no official travels to whom to whom those tickets will be given?
Ministers (if they travel), MPs high Senior Govt Officials, both Central and State, PSU (govt owned), are entitled to this quota. Where the quota is not fully utilised, at any, are released to the General quota. Good wishes.
Is there any limit to the HO/HQ quota. I think this is being misused as I once observed that there were 6-8 berths with this quota in 3AC of AP sampark krani exp and I could not get my WL3 ticket confirmed as it did not move even one position in the last 2 days before journey. I had booked for 3AC 25 days before journey and it was WL7 originally from NDLS to Hyderabad.
