Slow down the train between:
1. VZM-R. This is single track and gradient sector in which so high speed can not be maintained irrespective of the train category.
2. AGC-NZM. This is very busy sector with all the trains from south and west going towards delhi.
So slow it down in these two sectors and make the train to arrive by 1200hrs or 1300hrs.

Mr mishra get some basics clear before saying about any region.
At present TIG-R is completely diesel single track with mps of i think if i am not wrong 90kmph. At present all trains take about 5hrs to cover this 200km.
And VZM-TIG is double diesel track but there is gradient problem which makes all the train to cover this leg of 260km in nearly 5hrs.
