If this train starts from CSTM at around 7 pm then this train will get full like ngp CSTM as not much difference in devgiri and nandigram timings between Ned Pbn while going towards CSTM but while return this train starts at 4.30 due to which most of the time less ppl travel bcoz timings doest suit to paxs so better make it around 7 pm from cstm
