Effect as can be seen instantly ..NCR avid followers may say its the efficiency of management but it's nothing but the outcome of indian winters...Temperature falling down drastically in the North Indian Plains & Terrains..Steep fall in demand of electricity...Less activity in the State Run Thermal Power Plants...Reduced demand of Fossil Fuel...Lesser Movements of BOXN in Howrah Delhi Grand Chord..Improved Punctuality of Mails Trains such as Brahmaputra,North East,Kalka,Jodhpur Howrah among others..Brahmaputra Mail wgich hardly arrived Kiul before midnight is now arriving early evening.
Also its been the 10th consecutive day that Jodhpur Howrah hitting its destination before the dawn.

Temperature decreasing means in december again fog will start which will again make train crawl ..
This time authorities are one step ahead In proving that they're impotent. Almost 4 months ago they've already announced cancellations of almost all daily trains 2 days/week. Previously cancellations in winter which used to remain confined within the likes of Anand Vihar/Mahananda etc this time almost all trains have been cancelled 2 days/week.
