what's the use of rating system when few bloggers are continuously misusing the feature at state/zonal affair ?

12559 intentionally given red, I'm sure the person who gave red might not even know what is served from Pantry of 12559 Shiv Ganga and at what time.

sir totally agreed with you. i have also seen this. some bloggers of jalandhar cantt and jalandhar city has marked the all facility RED at Ludhiana Jn. IN food coloumn one of them has rated poor with reason- "Nothing a Was available to AC market.i went on foot".Now see AC
market is a market located 2 kms away from ludhiana junction where electronics spare parts are sold. now what is the connection with ac market to food rating of ludhiana junction. I request moderator sir to see the issue and throw out such members who are intentionally giving red to other zones,trains.
