Good news.. Poorva will be able to run at 130kmph in Grand Chord.
Poorva has been given run of 10 hour 20 min from MGS HWH ...... at 130kmph it can be done in 7 hour 30 min - 8 hour..
this means even if poorva is delayed by 2 hour at MGS it will reach HWH on time...
so 12382 passengers...

But still I feel that timings purana wala hi rakhenge.
