IRCTC's e-catering service, named as "Food on Track", is already available in 1,516 trains which don't have pantry car facilities to ensure food is served at the passengers' seat. To give choice to passengers travelling in trains such as Shatabdi, Rajdhani or others which have pantry car to book their meal from leading food chain firms, the e-catering service has also been extended to major stations such as New Delhi, Howrah, Mumbai Central, Chennai Central, Lucknow, Gorakhpur and Ahmedabad.
