Are season tickets issued for travel in only Suburban/Passenger trains or can we get it for Mail/Exp trains also???

Ok...So while taking a season ticket I need to tell the booking clerk at the counter whether I need it for Passenger or Mail/Exp?? Isn't it??

One last doubt. Is to and fro journey permitted using a single season ticket or separate tickets are to be taken in each direction?
