anvitjoshi^~ 2338 blog postsNow tatkal quota is reduced to 87 seats which are shared by all stations (from SUR,GR,SDB,WADI,YG,RC,MALM,AD,GTL,ATP,DMM to YPR, all these station together has 87 seats) while Premium tatkal has been introduced with 87 seats. All of these 87 seats belong to SUR ONLY. people from GR and beyond can't book in PT. Also, only SUR people can book in CKWL, tatkal waitlist. Once those 87 seats are over, people from GR and beyond cannot book in waitlist. This is how SUR "earns" more than GR!

People are tired to see same discussion every time, SWR not connecting KA cities, KSK not having stops in KA, grave injustice to GR because of CR and SUR, SUR not allowing GR div, terminate all KA bound trains to GR from SUR, change KA exp route, reservation quota blah blah....
now every member can list down these topics because these are discussed daily...:(

Even after seeing the discussion daily if people still think there is no mistake of SUR, then I think there is something terribly wrong with GR people. I am sorry for making MH people feel bad. Even m tired of this discussion. It is very difficult to stay under SUR, hope RM clears GR divn proposal asap and GR comes out of SUR/CR. You will feel happy that you won't have to listen to us and we will feel that we won't have to suffer under SUR. As you said, once GR divn is formed, SWR should concentrate on KA and SUR can work on other parts of MH which are not well connected.
Why sir? When you talk, I take it in the right spirit. Why can't you take it in the same way? Anyway, It's my opinion that GR suffered a lot under SUR and in your point of view, there is no fault of SUR. It's like the dialogue from the batman - "This is what happens when immovable object meets unstoppable force". It's better to stop the discussion here. Nothing personal !!
Being IT city Pune and Bangalore...there is no dedicated train between 2 cities...Buses are making profit..at least these trains are connecting Solapur to Bangalore...If these gets terminated in KA only then it may create burden to other trains like Udyan and CBE LTT.
If we see SCR division is also serving Maharashtra (MMR Nanded). Nobody started any train like AWB Ratnagiri. AWB Kolhapur/Solapur.
Being zone HQ in other states creates issue thats case for everywhere I think.
