Traveled a few days back from Bangalore to Ranchi. Though the train is good, finding reservation is one hell of a task. Had to travel in Sleeper till Vijaywada, stand and travel till Vizag and then got seats in 3A from Vijaynagram to Ranchi, which was such a relief.
I simply cannot understand so less tickets for people taking the whole journey, while relatively more tickets for people taking mini journeys e.g. Blore to Vizag/Vijaywada and similar.
Food is decent. AC Works. Runs on time.

Blr to Vijaywada is about 10hrs Vijaywada to Vizag about 8, compare this to Blore to Ranchi is 32 hours, guess thats mini enough right?
