17:11 PM WB CM-elect Mamata quits as railway minister: Mamata Banerjee has resigned as the union railway minister. However, the Trinamool will hold on to the portfolio. She will be sworn in as West Bengal chief minister tomorrow.

i guess then ther a cabinet shuffle impending as indicated by pm last time.i think mukul roy will be elevated to cabinet rank then.
dont know good or bad if pm holds it permanently with him...i think personally it will help indian railway under is direct watch
