About - 19131 - Kutch Express, Even-though there is no existence of MST coach, some MST holders are not allowing other passenger to board the train, even RPF staff is not supporting anyone, can somebody tell me where to register complaint against this things?

this train has lot of mst in general coach and sleeper.

nothing will happen..
agar mst ko utara to wo log rail roko karenge..aur 1 train ki wajah se 20-25 train affect ho jayegi..
this train timing is such that mst prefer this train, i think it may have dereserved sleeper also but iam not 100% sure
