Dnt knw wht made u define MAU-GCT-DLN-MGS as any feasible route frm North Bihar towards West/South!!
It already seems too zig-zag along with reversals @ BTT (if i dnt take it via CPR-BUI-MAU or MFP via GKP-MAU-DLN)!! Its may address UP East connection towards PNBE/Gaya/Ranchi!!
Train will better keep on thru BUI-BSB or MAU-BSB towards West/South!!
BTW Mau dnt hav terminal facility yet &

In same line, u mention Mau is a terminal & contradict it with news of making Mau as Terminal!!!
Kindly clear ur confusion first..Mau dnt hav terminal facility for Exp (maintained @ GKP via Empty Rake Run) & Pass based out @ Manduadih!!!
As of nw, DEMU will get regularized, which already running as SPL to ALY!!
GCT terminal work is focused on BSB

decongestion...bt m still unable to understand, hw MAU-GCT-DLN run will decongest BSB or how this route gonna cater South/West connection to North Bihar??

The abstract u mention seems way bck to CPR-BUI/MAU-ARJ-BSB been MG...also Poorva been mentioned as AC Express (1 isnt pre-fixed b4 train number)!!
Dunno wht u wanna highlight with such old discussion..still that Bridge is nowhere..N the discussion was more abt DOS-DLN-GCT-JNU-ALD/BSB connect to decongest Trunk route...Longer route, branch off frm Trunk & thn break thru Main line to get into branch line & thn merge to another trunk line....thats y it never gt feasible!!
