with no priority to Poorva express in NCR zone, it is virtually impossible for people of calcutta, west bengal to reach NCR early morning and catch their office/ college timely. Also NCR is not only about Delhi. now people are doing jobs in gurgaon, Manesar, Noida & Dharuhera too. nowadays people are residing in Noida, Dwarka, Gurgaon etc. but as Poorva express reaches NCR mostly between 9:00 to 12:00 hrs, whole plan of return journey and catching office/college goes haywire.

Accepted all your points they are valid but in practical accomodating this train would be a headache at MGS-CNB don't you feel.
Adding Delhi Cantt is not required this is what I feel, it may reduce the prestige of the SK (Having so closeby stoppages)....aslo MGS can be a technical halt as with the real WBSK!

i agree. but this is the only wayout for poor citizens of bengal, jharkhand.
People of Kanpur has Shram shakti and shatabdis, garib raths for reaching NCR in less money.
