Likely possibility.
I guess DHN-CRP line is going to be shelved and Matari-Telo-Chandrapura line has been announced already. Also CRP-BKSC line has been doubled
When done. DHN-CRP-BKSC (58-59 kms as GMO would be avoided) will take 1 hour max.

via Tatanagar route will be best in future after constructing Kandra - Tamar - Bundu - Namkom line because fare will be cheaper because of shorter distace but in the meantime, a new Howrah Bokaro S C shatabdi maybe introduced after diverting Ranchi Shatabdi via Kandra - Tamar - Bundu - Namkom - New Howrah Bokaro S C Shatabdi may be adequate revenue earning because of changed time in future and a new Howrah Patna shatabdi can be introduced also in future after diverting Ranchi Shatabdi via Kandra - Tamar - Bundu - Namkom. New Howrah Bokaro S C Shatabdi and New Howrah Patna Shatabdi may not run on same day because of their partially same route and they can share rake. 130 kmph work is progressing between Sitarampur (near ASN)- MGS via PNBE.

To know about Kandra - Namkom via Bundu, Tamar you may see some e-papers. News papers thought that it might be sanctioned in last budget - maybe it will be this year. Koderma - Hazaribag - Ranchi and Lohardaga - Tori, these two short cuts to north India from Ranchi is going to be completed very soon. Also Devgarh going is going to be connected very soon. So, it may be the next important project of Jharkhand

I guess it can overtake BWN chord of 06-10 after constructing extra line between Liluah and Dankuni. It is already completed from Dankuni to just before Bally. It can depart Howrah 06-10/ 15 and Ranchi arrival/ Departure may be 5 minutes later. It can catch present schedule at BKSC in return journey because there is a huge slack between Muri and Bokaro S C and about two years back doubling work has been completed between Muri - Muri outer over Subarnarekha

DHN-Telo-CRP-BKSC line has already been announced. RITES has submitted the reports regarding it which also has been approved.
And DHN wont let go of its Shatabdi to Ranchi-HWH despite having plenty of options.
But a new train can be given via Kandra-Namkom line not necessarily a Shatabdi.
Besides HWH-PNBE has a Janshatabdi so which runs quite empty.
