A Small RF Session at Vasco :-
After reaching home post a tiresome journey yesterday morning, today had to go to Vasco to drop my Dad at Vasco Railway Station onboard 18048 VSG HWH Express till MAO, post which he is supposed to be onboard 22633 TVC NZM Express till PNVL.

we took the tickets, a VSG MAO M/E URS ticket costing 30 bucks for my Dad and a Rs. 10/- Platform Ticket for myself and entered the station premises. As usual Humming of EMDs from the freight line welcomed us as it does for any passenger who enters Vasco. But the Humming of EMDs is a “Morning Suprabhat” for any Rail Fan and no doubt you will also agree. Incidentally, the EMD Hummings, Chuggings and honkings have become a part of my morning alarms (though at near mute sounds only for RFs to hear) ever since I moved to Vasco 15 months back :P

We moved towards the rake of 18048 VSG HWH Amaravathi Express parked at PF 1 of the station and started walking towards the front URS compartments and luckily found a seat for my dad admist this moderate rush. Thereafter went to spot the loco link and capture the Train Name boards...

The Power for the Day was Gooty WDM 3A Twins 14659 followed by 14625....both LHF...
