Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I had given my answer to him and I think that would be enough.
I travel through NCR TO ECR, NFR, KONKAN, SER, NWR,CR, WR , ECOR,ER etc etc....but really I fed up while travelling in NCR section. I am not blaming NCR peoples and railway personals for this, I knw that there is a huge Rush. But Here I want to blame railway for not maintaining the proper plan in past to tackle the present situation.

really feels NCR is doing partility with other zoones train. The train was on time till ald bsb. But wo unki train hai unka zona so itna chalta hai.
But
I have seen peoples roaring and crying for water in summer special train which are stop on the outer in NCR for more than hours.
I think we are all from well educated background. Inspite of blaming and criticizing others we should force authorites to serve better.
