Sorry, GABBAR IS BACK - I didn't understand your line --- "PT NOT AVL" - What it means?
All Premium Tatkal berths have been booked So PT avl is 0. Normal tatkal Wl confirmation more or less depends upon PT availability. If Premium tatkal berths are there it is used to clear Tatkal waiting list first then other quota's follows.

a) How & sequence of clearing - PT, Tatkal & Normal tickets generally?
b) Difference between GNWL/RLWL/PQWL? Of coure, I know the full forms; not clear till date - how it will be structured for a train like "YPR 2 HWH" Express (12864)??? So, in each above case of GNWL/RLWL/PQWL - how far we can go (upto how many times) for booking in case of "WL" ticket is available --- referring to "Tot Seats" no. on this forum?
