The upper rakes of both LHBs SK and POORVA are removed,pax told me that they face lots of inconvenience as they were very handy & they used to sleep on them during night time.When I travelled from VS from PNBE to BARH I saw 5 people on each of upper rakes,some knowledgeable pray that VS never gets LHB else its upper rakes will be removed too.
